Degree in biological discipline
AHCS registered or eligible for registration
Knowledge

Extensive knowledge of genomic clinical laboratory
Sound knowledge of health & safety
Understanding of the genomic workforce training needs
Training & Experience

A broad knowledge of clinical laboratory genomic methods and technologies
Significant experience of Clinical diagnostic laboratory work
Experience working under pressure and within timeframes
Project management experience
Experience of leading and motivating a team
