Updated: 3 days ago

Created in partnership with BioGrad Education and working with the Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, this fabulous initiative has been specifically created to amplify the studies of KGV high-achieving students looking to pursue a medical career.

This partnership holds particular significance for Dr. Natalie Kenny and Dr. Jamie Paweleck, both proud alumni of KGV Sixth Form College!

Students accepted into the KGV School of Medicine programme will have access to a wealth of resources to strengthen their medical school applications:

  • Choice of a 5-day medicine course: KGV students will be able to attend one of our 5-day medicine courses during the summer holidays.

  • Guest Speaker Series: Learn from renowned medical professionals and gather invaluable insights into the exciting world of medicine.

  • Tailored UCAT Preparation: Conquer the UCAT exam with personalized sessions designed to maximize your score.

The launch of the KGV School of Medicine signifies a significant milestone for both institutions. We are confident that this program will not only equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge, but also ignite a lifelong passion for learning and service within the medical field. Stay tuned as we reveal more exciting developments shaping the future of medical education at KGV!

Hear from KGV Principal Michelle Brabner as she discusses the value of the partnership in more detail.
